Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box banana cake mix
1 c. nuts
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. shortening (oil, butter; your choice)
5 or 6 overripe bananas

Preparation

Mix banana cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl on low speed. Cut up bananas and put in mix.
Add nuts and mix together.
Spray loaf pans with Pam and put mix in pans.
Cook at 275\u00b0 until done. It should make 3 to 4 loaves of bread.
