Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 very ripe bananas
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. melted butter
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mash bananas with fork. Add sugar and salt. Let stand 15 minutes before using. Mix together dry ingredients. Stir together butter, eggs and vanilla. Add banana mixture. Mix well by hand. Stir in flour slowly. Fold in nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
