Mincemeat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. mincemeat

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Drop on cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
