Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    2 eggs, hard-boiled
    2 lemons, juiced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Saute liver and onion for 20 minutes; cool.
    Place liver mixture and eggs in blender, a little at a time.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Blend until smooth.
    Remove and garnish with parsley.
    Yields 1 pint.
