Zucchini Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. honey
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. unpared, coarsely grated zucchini (not packed)
    2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    On wax paper, mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Beat together eggs, oil, honey and vanilla in large bowl.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Gradually stir in flour mixture, keeping smooth.
    Stir in walnuts.
