Maria'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. sugar
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. oil
    24 oz. can pumpkin
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, water, oil and pumpkin; stir until blended.
    Add nuts.
    Pour mixture into 3 greased bread pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool slightly in pans.
    Turn out on rack to finish cooling.
    Flavor is best if baked a day before using.
    Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
    Yields 3 loaves.
