Miss Mae'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    2 (29 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 medium can V-8 juice
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Monterey Jack with jalapeno peppers
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion (drain).
    Add all ingredients (except cheeses) and simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook lasagna noodles.
    Grease 2 rectangular bakers or one very large pan.
    Layer sauce, noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce and cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. May be frozen before baking.
