Lemon Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. juice
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar, juice and egg.
    Blend in dry ingredients and rind.
    Chill and roll into balls and flatten on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 6 to 8 minutes until lightly brown on edge.
