Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat the egg whites until frothy.
Add the sugar gradually. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in the pecans and chocolate chips. Add the vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and turn oven off.
Place cookies in oven and leave in oven overnight or until cookies are cool.
