Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl.
    Beat until thick and creamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Combine rest of ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Mix well; add to zucchini mixture.
    Pour in a 9-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
