Banana Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. mashed, very ripe bananas
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs and bananas.
Beat well. Add Bisquick and nuts; stir until well blended.
Pour into well greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from pan.
Cool on rack before slicing.
