Easy Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in 10-inch skillet on medium heat.
    Add eggs. Lift edges of eggs as they cook.
    Let uncooked portions run under cooked part.
    Cook until set.
    Put filling on 1/2 of omelet and fold over.
    Makes 2 servings.
