Ingredients

2 c. soft butter
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add oil and egg.
Add oats, corn flakes, coconut and nuts; stir.
Mix soda into flour; mix with butter mixture and add vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, or bake into small balls for 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
