Oriental Zucchini And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 small zucchini
    1 medium sweet onion
    soy sauce to taste
    olive oil to taste
Preparation
    Cut onion and zucchini into small strips (julienne).
    Heat olive oil in large, nonstick skillet.
    Saute until veggies are tender.
    Drizzle with soy sauce to taste (about 1 to 2 tablespoons is usually enough).
    Stir to coat with soy sauce and serve immediately.
