Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 Bermuda onion
1 small bottle Wish-Bone Italian dressing
3 medium tomatoes
1 can olives, sliced or whole
Preparation

Wash broccoli and drain.
Cut off florets.
Chop some of the tender stems near florets.
Remove the tougher stems and peel the main stock.
Slice in circles.
Mix all ingredients.
Let chill for about 2 hours or overnight.
