Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Add zucchini. Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Blend this and nuts into egg mixture. Pour equal portions into two greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on your oven.
    (Test with toothpick.)
