Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped, unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing well.
    In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Stir in zucchini and nuts.
    Pour batter into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle of a loaf comes out clean.
