Ruth Parker'S Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs (beaten in one at a time)
Preparation

Beat the ingredients together for 4 minutes. Pour into medium loaf pans and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from pans and while still warm, pour over 1/2 cup powdered sugar mixed with juice of 1 or 2 lemons.
