Dogs In A Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. water (about)
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. hot dogs (10 count)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Cut in shortening, a little at a time.
    Add cold water a little at a time to form a ball.
    Divide dough in half and on floured surface roll about 1/4-inch thick or less.
    Roll hot dog in dough.
    Cut off excess dough and rub cold water on edges to seal hot dog in dough.
    Place in shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 20 minutes.
