Meat Loaf Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can zesty tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. sausage, casing removed
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. minced onion (optional)
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. water
Preparation

In bowl, mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, sausage, crumbs, cheese, onion and egg.
Firmly shape into large loaf in baking pan.
Mix remaining soup and water and put over top of loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
