Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and poppy seed. Mix well. In another bowl, combine eggs, flavorings and whipping cream. Beat just until mixed. Combine the two mixtures and mix just until blended. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of loaf.
    Best served warm with butter.
