Cinnamon Bubble Bread - cooking recipe

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Mix cinnamon and sugar and place in a bowl.
Make 32 round balls from bread dough.
Roll each in cinnamon-sugar mixture and place in loaf pan.
Cover and let rise until double, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Place in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped.
