Peach And Nutmeg Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pastry recipe
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    4 c. peeled and sliced ripe peaches (about 7 to 8 medium)
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour, peel and nutmeg.
    Add peaches; toss gently to coat.
    Spoon mixture into pastry crust.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until pastry is golden.
    Cool slightly on wire rack.
