Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
    4 large persimmons
    1 c. nuts
    coconut if desired
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs well, add oil.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Beat or stir\twell.
    Pour
    into
    2 loaf pans that have been greased and
    floured.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
