Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. canola oil
    1/3 c. skim milk
    2 eggs
    3 ripe bananas
Preparation
    Put eggs, oil, milk and bananas in blender or food processor. Mix well on low speed.
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and nutmeg.
    Add to blender.
    Mix on low speed until moistened.
