Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. honey
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. bran
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar and 1/4 tsp. baking soda added
4 mashed ripe bananas
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. raisins, dates, etc. (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch well-greased loaf pan, the bottom lined with wax paper.
Bake about 40 minutes at 325\u00b0 or an hour at 300\u00b0.
