Blueberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. blueberries
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 pkg. powdered pectin (Sure-Jell)
    5 c. sugar
Preparation
    Puree berries in blender for 1/2 minute.
    Measure 1 quart of berries in a large saucepan.
    Add spices, lemon juice and Sure-Jell.
    Place over high heat and bring to hard boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add sugar all at once.
    Again, bring to hard rolling boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Skim off foam and pour into jars and seal.
