Quick Bread Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. baking power
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Store in covered container up to 6 weeks. For longer storage, place in freezer.
    To measure, spoon into cup and level with spatula.
