Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. loosely packed, coarsely grated zucchini
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until mixture is thick and lemon colored.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Beat this flour mixture with egg mixture; stir in grated zucchini.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
