Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    zest of 1 orange, grated
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. cranberries
    1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, powder, soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Beat zest, juice, oil and water.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Add cranberries and mix.
    Pour into greased loaf tin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Turn out and cool on rack.
