Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 cups mashed potatoes
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 small chopped onion
    1 tsp salt
    1 can pink or red salmon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Put in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. Note:
    You may use chives instead of onion and add parsley for color. Serve with white sauce and sliced hard boiled eggs.
