Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
    3 beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
    Combine oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Add to flour mixture; stir just until combined.
    Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into 2 greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
