Ham And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk style ham, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    6 beaten eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole mix the ham and mushrooms.
    In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
    Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham.
    Cook, uncovered, on High for 4 to 6 minutes or until egg is almost set, pushing cooked egg to the center of bowl several times during cooking.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
