Scotch Bread - cooking recipe

1 lb. country butter
6 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Knead well, put into 11 x 17 pan. Prick all way through with fork. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cut while hot and leave in pan until cool.
