Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 (24 oz.) bag caramels
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 stick butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/3 c. Pet milk
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat until
    smooth and spread on cool cake.
    Put nuts on cake if desired.
