Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. zucchini, grated

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased and floured pans.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
