Three Golden Apples Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. diced apples
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Sift flour, salt, soda and set aside.
Place apples in bowl, break egg over apples.
Add butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts.
Stir dry mixture into apple mixture until moist.
Put into a 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until done.
