Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda (baking)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Set aside.
    Beat oil, sugar and eggs until blended.
    Gradually add flour mixture.
    Fold in all other ingredients.
