Strawberry Bread(First Prize 1979 In Dunedin, Fl Baking Contest) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 well beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. nuts

Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients, then mix and make a well in center.
Mix in small bowl rest of ingredients.
Pour into well of dry ingredients.
Stir until all is moistened.
Pour into two well-greased standard loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
