Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter, cut in with knife
5 hard-cooked egg yolks, crumbled with fork

Preparation

Mix
ingredients
by rubbing between hands to mix until it forms
a
ball.
Add
raw egg if too dry and crumbly.
Roll dough 1/4-inch thick.
Cut cookies with cookie cutters.
Place on sprayed
cookie sheets.
Brush with raw egg white to decorate with
sugar,
etc.\tBake
10 to 12 minutes (less time if thinner cookies)

350\u00b0.
Let
stand 1 minute.
Remove and cool.
Keep dough not in use refrigerated and covered.
