Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, removed from skin and crumbled
    6 peppers, chopped
    4 to 5 onions, peeled and chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 Knorr Swiss chicken bouillon
    pizza dough
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated
Preparation
    Brown sausage until no longer pink; add pepper, onions and garlic and saute until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Drain in a colander until dry.
