White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 4 1/2 c. warm water
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. yeast
10 to 11 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix together first 5 ingredients, then add 4 cups flour.
Mix well and add the rest of the flour.
It's best if not too stiff. Leave a little sticky.
