Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. Crisco
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cut flour, butter and Crisco as for pie crust.
In blender, combine cottage cheese and vanilla.
Blend until smooth.
Mix together as for pie crust.
Chill overnight.
Roll out and cut. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 20 minutes.
