2 c. grated zucchini
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. seedless raisins
