Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Bake in 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
