Beef Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage (about 3 lb.), shredded
    1 c. rice, cooked
    2 onions, chopped
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. ground chuck
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce, seasoned with ginger, lemon juice and sugar
Preparation
    Line greased 3-quart casserole with 1/3 of the shredded cabbage. Brown onions with beef. Add salt and pepper.
    Drain fat. Add cooked rice and 1/4 of the seasoned tomato.
