Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar, eggs and oil.
    Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt and add to creamed mixture; mix well.
    Mix nuts and grated carrots and add to mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
