Ingredients

2 1/4 qt flour
3 1/3 Tbsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
3 c margarine
1 qt + 1/2 c sugar
8 large eggs
2 Tbsp vanilla
Preparation

In a large bowl blend dry ingredients except sugar.
In a separate bowl, cream together margarine and sugar, until well blended.
Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar mixture and blend well. Next, add dry ingredients to the sugar mixture.
Blend until smooth.
Using a large scoop (#40) drop cookie dough on a greased baking sheet.
Cook at 325 degrees until light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
