Quiche (Kush) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. roll hot sausage
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. celery
    garlic to taste
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    broccoli (1 large bunch if fresh; 2 small boxes if frozen)
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Brown
    both
    meats with veggies, except broccoli, until tender;
    drain.
    Cook
    broccoli
    separate until tender; drain. Mix meat mixture, add cheese and eggs.
    Mix well all ingredients together.
    Pour into 2 pie shells.\tBake until crusts are done.
