Blueberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in blueberry pie filling. Sift together dry ingredients; add to blueberry mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
