Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheez Whiz
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Add soup, milk and cheese.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
    Stir in rice and broccoli; pour into greased 2-quart shallow casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
